The Kitchener Knights of Columbus held our 5th annual Great Spring Clean-up Day on Saturday, May 5, from 8:30 am until noon, in the St. Anthony Daniel Parish parking lot at the corner of Ottawa and Franklin Streets in Kitchener. We collected electronic waste, scrap metal and food bank donations. The K of C Shred-All truck securely destroyed our patron’s important papers. The Kitchener Girl Guides were also on hand selling their famous cookies.
All told, almost 30 members showed up on this fine spring day to lend a hand to help keep our environment E-waste and scrap metal free.
The shred truck was once again on hand to help prevent against identification theft and safeguard other important document dropped off by our patrons.
