Kitchener Knights of Columbus is proud to support Catholic education for students of the Waterloo Catholic District School Board. At school’s closing, each of eight students received a $250 K of C Bursary from Council 1504 for attaining general overall proficiency and grade point average.
At the St. Mary’s High School Graduation Night held at the Centre in the Square, four students each received their endowment from Grand Knight Dave Obermeyer. While at Resurrection Catholic Secondary School, Past Grand Knight Brian Schmalz presented each of four students with their $250 K of C Bursary.
For several years now, Council 1504 has continued to recognize Secondary School students who display an elevated level of aptitude while obtaining their Catholic education.
Four students from St. Mary’s High School were recognized by the Knights of Columbus for achieving general overall proficiency and high grades. Receiving their $250 K of C Bursary from Council 1504 GK Dave Obermeyer are Naomi Paul, Julia Kulczynska, Luke Oliveira and Matthew Przyblowski.
