A pleasant evening on Thursday July 14 greeted about 30 guests at K of C House as Chef Paul O’Brien fired up the barb-b-que. Returning again after too long, was the renowned K of C Steak Fry where everyone enjoyed a full menu of steak, chicken hamburgers and sausage with the appropriate accompaniments. This popular event should become a regular affair where the Knights of Council 1504, their family and friends can delight in a favorite dining experience.
